About Me

I am a counsellor specializing in couple therapy and parent coaching in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Although my first degree was in Law (LLB from the University of Toronto), I realised that my true passion lay in counselling and coaching families and couples to build better relationships. I therefore started training in family and couple therapy and have been practicing marriage and family therapy for almost a decade.

My approach is client-centered and I aim to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. I integrate complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, I work with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.

In addition to counselling couples, parents, teens and families, I also run group workshops on various family life issues such as communication. Additionally, I occassionally have speaking engagements such as presenting keynotes on family life issues. For a list of my presentations and workshops, please see the seminars and workshops section of this website.
